Download our application form, fill it in, and return it to admissions along with your supporting documents. You'll need to send it back both in its original editable format and as a signed, scanned print-out.
What you'll needDownload application form →- Completed application form — editable file (Excel)
- Completed application form — signed & scanned print-out
- Passport copy
- Most recent academic transcripts (proving English proficiency)
-
4
Receive your offer
We review every application personally. Get in touch with us any time at admissions@muv.edu.mt for clarifications or help along the way. Once we confirm you meet the entry requirements and we can offer you a place, you'll receive an Offer Letter by email — usually within ten days of submitting your application.
Any conditions will be set out in the Offer Letter, issued subject to the necessary verifications, and we'll also let you know whether you'll need a study visa.
-
5
Pay your fees & receive your Acceptance Letter
Once you settle the applicable fees — generally for the first semester, unless otherwise required for visa purposes — we'll complete your enrolment and send you the official Acceptance Letter, along with further information on your study programme and accommodation options for your stay in Malta.
-
6
Sort your visa & accommodation
International students need a visa and accommodation sorted before arrival. We work with two trusted partners — and our student services team will guide you through both.
If you need a travel visa, apply for it at least two months before your expected departure date, in most cases. Our admissions team will tell you which documents you'll need, based on your country of residence. We'll assist you throughout the process — and if your visa is refused for any reason, you'll receive a full refund of the tuition fee you paid, less any transaction charges. -
