Quality isn't a department — it's how we work
MUV College is committed to promoting good practice and assuring the quality of the learning opportunities we offer to every student, wherever they are based. We hold ourselves to the standards set by Maltese and EU regulators — and we work to exceed them.
Built into every decision
Quality-related components are integrated into all of our major planning and review procedures — not bolted on afterwards. From course design to staff training, quality is the starting point.
Measured and acted on
We reflect on performance using student feedback, key performance indicators, and benchmarking against comparable institutions. When something needs improving, we change it.
Open and current
Our quality management system is reviewed and published regularly to stay current and accessible — to staff, to students, and to the public — through the documents available below.
Four working commitments
Uphold the standards of our programmes at all times, matching and exceeding the requirements of all relevant legislation and standards.
Actively review and promulgate our quality management system to ensure it remains current, readily understood, and accessible.
Identify the competencies our staff need, and provide the training and professional development for them to meet those needs.
Use student feedback and structured indicators to continually reflect on performance — and make change visible to those affected.
