Campus

MUV is based at 131, Valley Road, Birkirkara, at the urban core of Malta’s Central Region.  The premises are currently being upgraded, but work is to be completed by May 2023.  All lecture rooms and common areas will then be fully accessible to students with special needs.

The location of the College is very well connected on one of the main routes of public transport, with bus stops just a few metres away.  It lies within a district of rich cultural heritage, surrounded by the attractive village cores of Lija, Balzan and Attard, Alof de Wignacourt’s impressive aqueduct, the majestic San Anton Gardens and the President’s Palace, magnificent baroque churches, and other buildings of significant historic value.  The capital city, Valletta, is but a short bus ride of 5.5km away.

St Aloysius’ College Sixth Form provides the area with a range of facilities for students. Within a short 1km walking distance, one can pass from the hustle and bustle and towering infrastructure of L-Imrieћel’s new Central Business District, to take in the beautiful greenery of San Anton Gardens.  Once home of the Grand Masters of the Knights of St John and of the British Governors who ruled the island in colonial times, San Anton Palace is today the official residence of the President of Malta.
